These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of socialfinessemedia.com and to text messages, calls and bookings with Social Finesse Media LLC ("Social Finesse Media," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

We provide social media marketing, paid advertising, content production, website, Google Business Profile and lead follow-up services. The site describes those services in general terms. The scope, price, deliverables and timeline of any paid work are set out in a separate proposal or client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Free strategy calls

Strategy calls are free and carry no obligation. Any recommendations we share on a call are general guidance based on what you tell us, not a guarantee of results.

No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, budget and the policies of platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok. Statistics, examples and client reviews on this site describe past results and are not a promise that you will get the same results.

Text message (SMS) program

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, Social Finesse Media may text you about your inquiry, appointments, services and, if you agreed to them, offers and marketing updates.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number. We never share or sell mobile opt-in data for marketing purposes.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break into it, disrupt it, copy it in bulk with automated tools for commercial use, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including text, videos, images, logos and design, belong to Social Finesse Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Client logos, names and videos are shown with permission and belong to their owners. You may not reuse site content without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Third-party services and links

The site uses and links to third-party services, such as our booking calendar and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social Finesse Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by the client agreement for those services.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Social Finesse Media harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
