This Privacy Policy explains how Social Finesse Media LLC ("Social Finesse Media," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit socialfinessemedia.com, book a call, call or text us, or work with us as a client.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a strategy call, fill out a form, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and anything you tell us about your business.
- Client information. When you hire us, we may receive access to your social media, ad, website, CRM and analytics accounts, plus the content, brand assets and customer lead data needed to do the work.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records basic technical data when you load the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
- Cookies. Our site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. The booking calendar is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel), which may use cookies needed to run the calendar. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy.

Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders, replies to your inquiry, service updates and, if you opted in to them, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our CRM and phone carrier), and only to send those messages.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as HighLevel/LeadConnector (booking, CRM, calls and texts), our website host, email providers and payment processors. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With ad and social platforms, when you are a client and we run campaigns or manage accounts for you on platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, our team or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, where the information stays protected by a policy at least as strong as this one.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for records, tax and legal reasons. Client account access is removed when our work together ends.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP
- Ask us to stop contacting you by phone
To make a request, call or text us at (954) 401-1924. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites and services, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and our booking calendar. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
